What's the 1% Circle?

The Circle isn't about adding "more" to your plate. It’s about lifting the weight off. We don’t focus on what’s "wrong" with you; we start by strengthening your Superpower to fill your cup first.

When life hits you sideways—a triggering comment, a massive mistake, or just a day where the heaviness feels too real—it feels like falling into a sinkhole.

 

You don’t just lose an hour; you lose weeks. You spend a month trying to climb back out of the darkness just to get back to "normal," only to feel like you’re bracing for the next hole to open up.​

 

That is the cycle we are ending.

 

​The 1% Circle is about turning those "sinkholes" into "stumbles."

 

​I still fall. I still cry. I still have days where I feel the weight. But because I’ve practiced these 5 Foundations, I don’t disappear for months anymore. What used to be a life-altering "crash" is now just a stumble. I trip, I feel it, I regulate, and I get back into alignment—often in a few hours or even a few minutes.​

 

We aren't teaching you how to be perfect; we’re teaching you how to shorten the recovery time so you can spend more of your life actually living it.

Why You Shouldn't Do This Alone

Let’s be real: this journey is hard. Not just because of the work, but because we are trying to break old, limiting beliefs while navigating a world of "self-help" fluff.

I know, because I used to think affirmations were a load of sh!t.

I thought meditation was way too "woo-woo" and only for the hippie types (and I love hippies, to be clear). But I also knew I was desperate for something to change. That’s why I believe it’s so important to hear from someone who has actually been through it—someone who can give you the perspective and just enough of the science so you know it’s not all just smoke being blown.

We strip away the fluff and look at what actually works to train your brain. Inside the Circle, we take the tried and true methods and make it:

  • Practical: How it fits into a Tuesday morning.

  • Actionable: Exactly what to do when you feel dark in the world.

  • 1% Doable: Small enough that if you fail, it's easy to get back up again. (Accepting failure is a part of the progress)

 

I chose to change 1% at a time, and I’m giving you the map and the community to help make it stick.

  1. Will this get me closer to my goal? If your goal is to live in alignment and feel more like you again, the answer is yes.

  2. Does this increase my chance of success versus trying to do it on my own? You’ve tried "alone." The Circle gives you the map and the tribe to actually stay the course.

  3. Am I willing to trade "perfection" for a 1% shift? Inside the Circle, we don't care about 30-day streaks or being perfect. We care about getting back up. If you are ready to stop beating yourself up for being human and start learning how to recover faster, you’re ready for this.
