Hello Friend

My name is Tabitha. I am a proud mom, a broken-to-warrior woman, who now lives with Peace, Unshakeable Resilience and Authentic Joy.

I tend to live my life as walking oxymoron: I'm a badass who isn't afraid to be fearless in protecting my friends and family, but am also deeply sensitive and compassionate about how I show up in the world. I'm an adrenaline junkie who has to consciously tone it down before I break yet another bone (I'm currently up to 22 and yes that's crazy. I love living on the edge!), but I'm scared to talk to someone new. I workout and then flop on my couch to say "never again", just to do it all over again the next day.

My mission is to lead by example —I'm not a mental health professional, but I damn sure know what it looks and feels like to crawl from the deepest cave of my situation and mind when I had nothing left to give and wasn't not even sure if it would work. I'm grateful it did. (Below is a link where I wrote about the night everything broke. It took me a year to be ready to post it after writing. If you want to know exactly why I do this work, it's there.)

I am the first to admit that I am not perfect, there is so much I got wrong in my messy journey of becoming more in alignment with myself. I will make more mistakes as I continue to navigate and grow, but I hope to save you from a few of the tribulations and make your own path a little easier.

I want to share what it means to show up—even when it looks different every day—and guide people just like you in realizing your own comeback— moving from barely hanging on to truly thriving.

My Journey From Rock Bottom to Warrior >

A quick heads up before you read this one: it talks about an abusive relationship and a night I didn't think I'd survive. If you're not in a place to hold that today, that's okay — come back to it when you are. If you are in crisis right now, please reach out to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). You matter too much to wait this one out alone.
